Employment
flexibility as a concept has become one of the key focuses of many
organizations as they strive to balance between flexibility and efficiency in
the current fast changing workplace environment. This is because work-life
integration focuses on the illustration of how one can combine professional
demands with self-organizing activities and realize that employees are most
productive when both spheres of their lives are balanced. In this regard, Human
Resources (HR) has a critical responsibility of creating this balance, the
flexibility would benefit the productivity and at the same time fulfill the
welfare of the employees

reconciliation concerns options that enhance the blend between the workers’
work and personal responsibilities. While work-life balance is practice which
generally separate work and life, work-life integration on the other hand
encompasses integration of work and life. This integration is made possible by
